El tiempo sé a qué cargado de coronarla como una de esas películas esenciales sobre el holocausto, desgarradora y emotiva de principio a fin, El niño de la pijama de rayas es un drama en ocasiones extremadamente melodramático sin dejar de ser funcional que busca pasear la mirada del genocidio en la Segunda Guerra Mundial desde la perspectiva inocente de dos niños que unen sus vidas cada uno desde el extremo correspondiente mientras la crueldad les sirve de telón. Aquí está uno de los finales que le ha dado la vuelta al mundo, siendo este una de las conclusiones más difíciles en la película y en la que muchos buscan desprestigiarla por ser por realistas.

I watched this in 2015 and literally sticks with me YEARS later. I will NOT rewatch and relive this like ever again.
