"Live strongly like the wheat, like wheat that sprouts no matter how many times it's stepped on." There was a feeling of sadness and also a bit of happiness after ending the series. The family they made in this film is never gonna end. I can't believe how much hardships they experienced after the atomic bomb and WW2. I heard so much appreciation about how quickly Hiroshima and Nagasaki recovered but the hardships that homeless people experienced scratches all the quick recovery. And this movie symbolizes that experience very vividly.
