What a slog. The good things: 1) The character names Harry Hole and Gert Rafto 2) The usage of the song Popcorn by Hot Butter 3) Rebecca Ferguson 4) Some of the kills are quite good Otherwise there is really nothing much to like or recommend here.

The Snowman é doce, fofo e muito divertido de assistir. Começo a soar repetitiva quando se diz respeito a curtas tchecos, porém a maneira como eles usam o stop-motion de um jeito único e autêntico é mega interessante e sempre enche os meus olhos pelas escolhas estéticas. Narrativamente, é muito simples e direto na história. Não tem nada muito mirabolante ou poético, no entanto, é o visual que ganha. A escolha de material, de cenário e de movimentos é muito bem feita. Fiquei de boca aberta quando vi como a lã é capaz de imitar a neve de uma maneira muito bonita. Adorei!
