You would never see me in this situation.

Not as disappointing as her last film, but not remarkable either. The trailer had me intrigued, especially with the promise of a tense cat-and-mouse setup, but the thriller aspect only really holds up for about half the movie. After that, it starts to lose momentum, and I found myself wanting more tension, more payoff, and something that actually follows through on its premise. On the other hand, I’ve got to give credit to Taron Egerton. He delivers a genuinely unsettling performance here, and his character brings a level of intensity the film really needed. It’s just frustrating that his final moments feel underwhelming compared to how strong his presence was throughout. Overall, it’s one of those films that isn’t particularly outstanding, but the cast does enough to keep it watchable.
