The silly kind of badass, up until it goes full occult serial killer critter shitter, and then things get very silly indeed. Thankfully the flick knows this about itself. Ten years out from the Blade Runner finale, I adore that Hauer is now inundated with pigeons who love him and which his traumatized, grizzled character just can't bear to kill.
