"Sky High" is a bold superhero film from the year 2005. On the surface, it's a teen comedy but it has layers. Firstly, it has some crazy ass shots and editing. It's very Sam Raimi inspired which I love and of course Bruce Campbell in this film is an easy sell for me too! The meat and potatoes is the world that "Sky High" builds for itself. It's a world in which superheroes dominate the populace and are treated perfectly while "sidekicks" are treated as less than. It's a bold take on class warfare from the perspective of a super-powered world. Even our main character's parents are affected by this. They put pressure on their son to live up to their legacy and class status so that they can flaunt it to everyone beneath them. Superheroes have become so normalized in this world that they delude themselves into insanity from what they should be. Ego and power are more important than doing good and saving the world. Jokes are made about how real civilians used to be used for school tournaments (and at times were killed). Normal humans are just props in a world dominated by Gods. They can't even purchase homes without the fate of a falling school almost crushing it to pieces. They stand no chance against super-powered beings. It's a widely accepted and dark fate for this world. In a weird twist, the villain's main goal and act of revenge in this film is to turn all the heroes into literal babies and dismantle/destroy a school that segregates children based on powers. The villain, while deluded and predatory, isn't truly evil. Nothing even close to the horrors that the superheroes bestow upon regular civilians In conclusion, Mary Elizabeth Winstead please call me

No debería existir nada malo en la película pero cada robo, entrada y salida de la carcel parece una dinámica cansada que resulta quitarle credibilidad y interes a la pelicula, esta muy bien interpretada y construida, es innegable que la película logra ser bastante entretenida.

Para los amantes de los super héroes, Disney da una visión divertida de lo que los adolescentes harían con poderes, no sin antes mezclar el cliché básico de súper héroes que duerme al público y resta diversión a su idea.
