Clocking in 157 minutes and it doesn't miss a beat. Pure fun, the best hangout film I've seen so far. Before watching this, I already knew that I would love this since I had a big obsession on safari/africa animals. I love the visuals, the characters especially Pockets. Whenever John Wayne's safari team are capturing animals, it's one of the coolest shit I've ever seen. Plus they did not used any stunt performers for those animal catching scenes. The score is fantastic since it's composed by Henry Mancini. Also excellent international cast though, includes Hardy Krüger, Red Buttons, Michèle Girardon and Elsa Martinelli. One little criticism or trigger warning for anyone who wants to watch this film is that the animal capturing sequences are very dated for their methods. In conclusion, this film may feel very episodic but it's fun, you'll love the characters, the visuals and the humor. Thanks to this brilliant cast
