Terms of Endearment
Fuck Flap and fuck Tommy her oldest son. A slow paced movie which is very boring at times, Jack Nicholson literally saves this from being unbelievably boring. Every scene he’s in is the best scenes in the film. Shirley MacLaine is also a great actress and she deserves recognition. Don’t really get what some people see from this, sure it’s okay, but for the most part it just tries to get you in your feels at the end and ends up not really working for me.
Terms of Endearment
Finally got to watch the film Shirley Maclaine won best actress for. I love that she knew she deserved it because she did. What a great job she did especially in that scene where she yells at the nurses to give her daughter the pain shot. Another film that broke my heart into pieces and I loved that. Also I hated her husband so much. What an asshole!!!
