I get the appeal of making M3gan a hero, but getting rid of the horror completely made this far less fun for me. Wish they’d of included horror elements instead of opting for a thriller/action movie. It’s not horrible but it’s not great, and the Aunt is annoying constantly questioning ever decision except for her obviously strange boyfriend. Not bad but far from as good as the original was, which I enjoyed quite a lot.

A guinada temática e de gênero que transforma um terror com classificação 14 anos em um filme de ação que beira o genérico, muito porque não possui uma construção de cenas de ação tão inspirada, é uma subversão que está totalmente ligada a questão mercadológica da imagem da Megan. Tendo sido abraçada pelos gays e mães descompensadas que são super protetoras, o segundo filme é uma Trasheira com orçamento onde a boneca homicida vira uma agente secreto que precisa impedir o mundo de um colapso guiado por uma IA. Acho muito digno ele ser mais direto ao ponto desde a introdução. Os dramas são superficialmente arranhados, a conexão de Gemma com a sobrinha é bem superficial e não gera uma conexão emocional tão grande quanto se espera. O grande foco aqui é a personagem título que retorna mais bocuda, mais atrevida e extremamente CUNT. O fato dele não se levar a sério no começo e no segundo ato são as melhores partes, infelizmente como ele se propõe a "discutir" (e aqui a gente põe entre muitas aspas) o impacto inconsequente da IA no mundo e a regulamentação dela, é no mínimo contraditório como o filme quer vender essa idéia de regulamentação e controle elevado a níveis mais extremos, mas precisa contar com uma IA pra resolver o problema o que ainda endossa ela. O final do filme é seu momento mais fraco e muito porque se leva a sério demais, o que é uma pena porque até então ele estava sendo bem divertido. Tanto Megan quanto Jurassic World são filmes de estúdio com uma proposta bem sólida: sedimentar terreno pra sequências e mais sequências. Mas enquanto Jurassic World é genérico e sem graça, Megan é genérico, mas diverte demais e muito porque Gerard Johnstone entende que é um filme de uma boneca que faz dança de TikTok e é bocuda!

I tell you that new bitch named AMELIA didn't even look like robot, don't be bossy you never touch the level of queen bitch named M3GAN. Actually as a big fan of M3GAN kinda dissapointed with the sequel, bring back the bitch to her root please, we want horror M3GAN not some terminator M3GAN. Also this is not even slayed, the bitch is glow down, what a shame. All my star is just love from me to M3GAN, not the movie.

im sorry but this was fun and funny and the hate towards it clearly only exists because of the genre switch. which makes no sense because the first Megan film leaned way more towards sci-fi than horror, so it's really not a surprised they went full sci-fi. this was a good movie and i hope we get another Megan film and idc if its sci-fi or horror also long as its good.
