“Your dinner stinks, your apartment stinks, fuck you all.” Early Luc Besson is such a treat and the movie is such an intriguing, but random delight. One moment, Christopher Lambert’s character (Fred) is on the run from the police because of a file he stole from Helena (Isabelle Adjani), the next, he’s jamming out in a band with a drummer played by Jean Reno. Highly recommended.
