So many iconic lines, great ideas and interesting characters, Predator is a fantastic film. The end fight scene is so silly yet so good, I really enjoyed everything about this. ‘I don’t have time to bleed’ and of course ‘Get to the chopper!’, a line Schwarzenegger has become know for due to his frequent usage. It’s a fun time which I think anyone would struggle to not enjoy.

O típico filme de brucutu onde você tem esses arquétipos militares e seus corpos moldados pra guerra, mas com um acréscimo de um inimigo maior, mais forte, mais perigoso e bem mais sanguinário. Gosto desse cenário onde os personagens são a caça e a forma como o predador é um assassino Slasher na floresta é algo muito bom. Adoro o homo erotismo desses filmes oitentistas, são tão machos, mas tão machos que eles nem se relacionam com mulheres. Hétero demais pra ficar com mulher!

o suspense e a ação são muito bons, e o fato de ter sido filmado em locação real com apenas pequenos efeitos práticos traz uma sensação que filmes de ação atuais não te fazem sentir mais

Alien/Predator Movie Marathon!! Schwarzenegger's iconic action film wasn't exactly a dud, but it wasn't the best action film I have seen. Predator tried to make action and sci/fi coexist, but it wasn't the greatest. Schwarzenegger seemed like just another famous face that was needed to be the "manly man" of the film. Predator may be one of the most iconic action films ever, but it was just alright. Let's see how Predator 2 is compared to Predator!
