Ballistic: Ecks vs. Sever

dvd that has been collecting dust on my shelf #3 Kinda (very) stupid with the action sequences being like something that would be in a GTA mission (stupid but fun to watch), the story sorta making no sense to me, Lucy Liu having barley any dialogue, and very boring characters (except for Sever) i had some fun watching this ngl. I don't think that this movie should really have that much of a low rating but I can understand why. Really only my favorite scene was when they were going to capture Sever at first in the beginning.
