Hackers

Bring back 90s era internet movies, too many nerds, not enough freaks. Asher’s Review Movie was really good. I really liked it. 3.5/5⭐️

Hackers

If this movie was a pizza it would have a fantastic satisfying cheese pull.

HACKERS GRAB BACK! ✊🏾 it’s just not a film set in the 90s if teens don’t exclusively use rollerblades as their mode of transportation, is it? also, i would absolutely wear every cyberpunk look they rocked in this movie, especially cereal killer’s looks (https://static1.squarespace.com/static/57163a12cf80a1ba34e1fd88/t/5851fc761b631b55ebb10967/1481768095914/hackers_1995.jpg). jonny and angelina in the same movie...god!

Hackers

Iain Softley (https://boxd.it/31VF) • 1995 • Thriller, Crime Incredibly dated, but such a damn vibe, Hackersis a totally accurate and not at all ridiculous take on the “cyber criminals” knows as, well, hackers (though, let’s be honest, Hollywood doesn’t do a great job at being fully accurate with “hackers”, except maybe Blackhat). This is a film carried by its visuals, direction, and the outlandishly 90’s costume design — Hackersmay not be a good movie, but it’s damn good fun. From now on I’ll be knows as “The Plague”. Also, I’ve been on a hiatus because Baldurs Gate 3 is too damn addicting. Send help.

Hackers

So horny, geeky, goofy, and fun. Costumes, hair, and props (the custom computers were magnificent) were on point every time and the way they talked oozed with the perfect amount of self-important-techno-cringe. I loved the stupid ass hacking visuals. The abstract math shapes, futuristic cyber city scape, and flying math equations (all floating in a purple void) were the true stars of this movie.
