Diary entries forAnt-Man
Ant-Man
Lowkey the only MCU movie I can rewatch without falling asleep. Final battle’s a banger, jokes still elite.
Ant-Man
stop sleeping on the ant-man franchise or im gonna acct violently! it’s literally one of the best mcu movie and it has the perfect amount of everything. they deserve better than what y’all are giving them smh.
Ant-Man
Paul Rudd is great in this more down to earth action flick. Everything feels much more grounded and down to earth, despite the film being about a man who can shrink to the size of an ant. The villain is very plain and run of mill. Don’t even remember his name and I only just finished watching. Falcon makes good cameos and the post credit scene is pretty interesting. A solid film but nothing spectacular.
Ant-Man
it's not about saving our world, it's about saving theirs the mcu really hit the jackpot when they hired paul rudd

Ant-Man
i think some of the comedy doesn't work as well for a 2nd/ 3rd viewing, but i still think it's an enjoyable movie. the villain is definitely the weakest point of this movie, he's just not believable enough. the awe that i feel every time i watch the shrinking sequence is still the same like the first time i watched it, it's just so cool!

Ant-Man
Ant-Man is Marvel's latest hero movie that is one of the studio's finest. Rudd was great as Scott. He brought humor to the film, but still was able to make it dramatic and serious. Michael Douglas was amazing, per usual. Evangeline Lily also was stunning. The one person I didn't find amazing was surprisingly Michael Peña. He was the biggest comedian in the film, but I honestly didn't find him funny. At all. He was just there and was annoying. I think they could have done a better character that just wasn't like his. Ant-Man is a fantastic action film that blends comedy in with the drama and seriousness of the story. It was nice to have a little break from the seriousness of this year's other Marvel film, Avengers: Age of Ultron. I'm really excited to see where else they go with Ant-Man's story, since most people thought a tiny hero wasn't going to be worth watching, but it's oh so worth the watch.
