My introduction to Chris Pine was the 2009 Star Trek movie, where he played Captain James T. Kirk, but I have always curious about his short-lived Teen/YA rom-com era that preceded it. Given that I am also a bug fan of Lindsay Lohan, I figured that this would be the perfect starting point, and yeah, it is just about exactly what you expect it to be. It's cheesy, dated, and nothing new, but it is an enjoyable enough movie to watch if you are in the right kind of mood.
